Start Moving. Start Living.
Nestled in the hills of Israel, Ohel Avraham Farm is more than a working farm โ it's a living, breathing community built from the ground up. Every fence post, every stable, every garden bed was built by hand, by people who came here to find themselves.
We raise goats, sheep, chickens, and horses. We incubate eggs. We graze the animals across open fields every morning. And in doing all of this, something quietly powerful happens โ people who felt stuck start to move again, together.
Every day at Ohel Avraham is different. But every day has purpose.
Start the day outside. Walk the land with the animals. Feel the ground under your feet and the sun on your face.
Work with your hands. Fix, build, and create things that last. Discover what you're capable of.
Feed the chickens. Collect eggs. Care for the horses. When you care for something living, something shifts.
Our guided therapeutic approach gets you out of your head and into motion โ proven to build confidence and momentum.
You're not alone here. Work alongside others, share meals, and build real connections in a supportive environment.
Open skies, rolling hills, and clean air. The land itself is part of the healing.
From the stables to the henhouse, our animals are at the heart of everything we do โ horses, goats, sheep, and chickens. They don't judge, they don't rush โ they just show up, every single day.
Our therapeutic approach is rooted in movement and action. Rather than sitting and talking, participants do โ they build, they graze, they care, they create. This activates something deep: the sense that you are capable, that your actions matter, that you can make something happen.
Guided by a certified mental health specialist, our program is designed to get you unstuck โ to move from paralysis to momentum, from self-doubt to self-belief. One task at a time. One day at a time.
Nothing here was handed to us. The stables, the decks, the chicken coops, the pergolas โ all of it was designed, welded, hammered, and raised by the people who call this place home. That's the point. When you build something with your own hands, you start believing you can build a life too.
You don't do this alone. Late nights on the deck, swimming under waterfalls, coffee runs into town, shearing sheep together at sunrise โ the connections built here are real, and they last long after the program ends.
Real people who built this place with their hands and show up for it every day.
